Eva Tsahuridu is an ethics and policy expert who has been researching and teaching business and professional ethics for over two decades. Most recently she was the Manager of Accounting Policy and the Professional Standards & Governance Policy Adviser at CPA Australia. She served as a technical adviser to the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants, represented CPA Australia on the ASX Corporate Governance Council and was a member of several taskforces of the Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board (APESB), which developed and revised professional standards and guidance notes for the members of the Australian Accounting Professional Bodies.
Eva writes for practitioner and academic publications, presents at academic and industry conferences and is a media commentator on business, professional and accounting ethics.
Eva has previously worked in the public, private and not for profit sectors and held academic roles in Australian and European universities. Her research interests include personal and organisational ethical conduct, whistleblowing, ethical and professional standards, philosophy of management and anomie.
